She is well organized and can quickly identify and capitalize on emerging opportunities. Her skill levels over the years have expanded into various functionalities of business operations, including project and account management, client acquisition, contract negotiation, marketing, sales, and customer support. She is a Young Leader of the Americas (YLAI) Alumni 2021 and an Accelerate Her Alumni 2021, a holder of certifications in international business, and is currently pursuing a B.S. degree in supply chain management. As a female chief executive officer, her company provides services in industries such as mining, shipping and logistics, and oil and gas.
Jesly Gonzalez
With over 3 years of experience in the administrative and procurement fields, Jesly specialized in international procurement of items for client operations and recruitment for both Sure Gig Inc. and clients. Currently serving as the company secretary and overseeing the administrative and procurement departments, she is a dedicated professional who has been trained in HSSE, procurement in the oil and gas sector, and human resources management. She has also been trained in leadership, sales, budgets, goals, and targets; communication; customer service; value and measurements; presentation skills; creativity; and problem solving. Jesly has a degree in administration, business, and marketing.
Allia Holder
Ms. Holder started with our company back in 2020 as a document processor within the shipping documentation department. In 2021, she became the department’s trainee leader, overseeing all activities and employees. In 2022, she was promoted to Operations Supervisor of her department, where she was in charge of ensuring that her team delivered accuracy and efficiency to company clients. She is a diligent leader with great attention to detail, which has helped her evolve professionally. She has undergone training in leadership, sales, budgets, goals, and targets; communication; customer service; value and measurements; presentation skills; creativity; problem solving; procurement in the oil and gas sector; and HSSE. Ms. Holder specializes in air and ocean shipment documentation.
Tikella Brady
Ms. Brady started her journey with our company as an entry-level Accounts Clerk in 2020, and she became the company’s support as she was responsible for all things accounting. As the team grew, so did her knowledge and experience. She took trainings in sales and communication, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Word programs such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint with the School of the Nations, and she is currently pursuing finance and financial management with the Accountancy Training Centre. She has gradually grown into her profession, being positioned as the Accounts Payable Clerk, Senior Accounts Clerk. In November 2023 Ms. Brady was promoted to Supervisor for the Accounting/Finance Department.
Christina Husseain
Christina began her journey with us in September 2022, embracing her new role as HR officer. She came with HR educational knowledge from a Human Resources Management: HR for People Managers course and an ABE Level 4 Diploma in Human Resources. She’s had previous experience working as a customer experience specialist and a marketing representative; however, she’s always had a particular interest in HR, which she has started to explore at Sure Gig, Inc. She is a dedicated and proactive individual who oversees our personnel’s wellbeing and benefits.
Brandon John
Brandon started as an entry-level document processor in 2017, and because of his knowledge in the shipping documentation field, 3 years later he was promoted to senior document processor. Brandon has been with Sure Gig Inc. for 6 years, making him one of the company’s longest-tenured employees. He has undergone training in areas such as HSSE and Sales. His specialization is in air and ocean shipping documents, cargo transport, and the clearance process of cargo at the wharf and airport
